Wow, how is it Friday already! This week has absolutely flown by! I was in major catchup mode at work after my vacation, so I barely left my desk all week. Not winning any FitBit challenges over here, whoops! #workfromhomeproblems I am so looking forward to the weekend. We’re hoping to do some spring cleaning and organizing, my favorite thing (for real!). I also plan on having a “treat yo-self” moment and going to get my nails done.
With that, here are this week’s favs! I like to post favorites from my week or old favorites that I use regularly. Hope you enjoy and Happy Friday! TGIF!!
I know I’ve been a bit sporadic in posting lately, but I really do love sharing with you all! This blog has brought back my passion for writing and has taught me so much over the past year. I find that when I really want to write about something, it just flows out of me. Otherwise, it feels forced, and I don’t want to bring that kind of content to you. So it may still be sporadic on here, but just wait until I really have something to say. I’m truly grateful that you all follow along 🙂
These are my absolute favorite and most comfortable shoes! I started off with one pair, and now I’m up to three! I wore them all over Patagonia, and I pretty much live in them spring, summer, and fall!
#3 – Freezing Quinoa
Did you know that quinoa freezes really well! Whenever I make it, I make the whole bag and freeze some for later 😊 Just be sure to cool it all the way down before you put it in the freezer 👍🏻
Egg sammy with ham, provolone and raspberry jam. Trust me, you have to try jam on your egg sandwich just once, and you’ll be hooked!
The guys and gals over at Simple Foodz recognized how much I love PB Trimmed and use it in my shakeology every day, so they were so kind to send me a huge box of six flavors! I used to use other powdered peanut butter (I won’t name names), but once I tried the salted caramel PB Trimmed, I was hooked! The link above will take you to my two favorites – salted caramel and toasted coconut!
Hope you enjoyed! Have you tried any of these? Do you have any favorites that I should check out? Let me know!
